The location of our Brick house is what makes it extremely unique. It is within walking distance of the University of Rio Grande campus, a stones throw down the road from the Original Bob Evans farm, and located right off the Rt 35 Highway. You will have easy conviencies such as: a gas stations, a favorite local coffee shop “Twinkleberries”, Kali’s Pizza, Subway, Family Dollar, and McDonalds all right down the street. There are few neighbors to this house. There is a vacant property next door, a beauty salon and boutique to the other side, and two very quiet neighbors that use the shared road to the back of the house.
