Start your week off right. Join us on Monday evenings at 6:00 PM in the Riverside Room for some relaxing Yoga.
The class will be led by a Certified Yoga instructor. Attendees will be introduced to the basics of yoga practice and to the myriad benefits Yoga can bring to your life.
Please make sure to arrive a few minutes early to your first class as you will need to fill out contact information and sign an exercise waiver.
You must be 16 years of age or older to attend the class. Those ages 16-18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian on file before attending the class.
Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel, and make sure to wear comfortable clothing. A few yoga mats will be available for those who do not own or have forgotten their own mat.
Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program or routine.
