Animal Inside Out Exhibit

Animal Inside Out is a must-see during its limited engagement at Bossard Memorial Library in Gallipolis, Ohio September 28th – January 4th. 

Dr. Gunther von Hagens’ unique and spectacular exhibition BODY WORLDS: Animal Inside Out is an unforgettable trip under nature’s skin, fur and feathers.

It offers visitors an unprecedented view into the interior of the body of spectacular specimens – from a tiny mouse to a 16 ft. tall giraffe.

Animal Inside Out explores the most amazing aspects of animal physiology, and explains how animals move, breathe, connect, eat and reproduce.

Animal Inside Out, a BODY WORLDS production, has traveled to major science centers and museums across North America.

  • Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM — 7:30 PM
    • Last entry to the Exhibit is at 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM — 4:30 PM
    • Last entry to the Exhibit is at 3:30 PM
  • Sunday: 1:00 PM — 4:30 PM
    • Last entry to the Exhibit is at 3:30 PM

*Closed Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day. Closing at 5:00 PM on New Year’s Eve.

Due to space constraints, we request that individuals and groups arrive no more than 15 minutes before their scheduled entry time.

WALK-INS

Visitors are strongly encouraged to make a FREE online reservation. Walk-in visitors may wait in the general public line for entry at any time the exhibit is open. However, walk-ins will gain entry on a first come, first served basis after all reservations are filled.

PARKING

Visitors are asked to park in the gravel lot (Spruce Street and 1st Avenue) across the street from the Library. Entrances on both Spruce Street and 1st Avenue. Handicapped parking is available at the front entrance.
