Once used for regular leasing, we choose to take a risk and convert our places to short-term rentals. Told we were crazy in 2018, we ventured into it anyway. During June 2024,the entire decor and theme changed for a more modern look. It is now “our little what was I thinking” Black and whites with color everywhere. There might not be any rhyme or reason to any of it for you, but for me it pops. The cost is 175 per night and No cleaning fee, nor taxes. I PAY! Airbnb has a fee.
The space
Location, location, location is one of the best features of our place. Directly off of Rt. 35, central to Gallia County, and a country setting to say the least is why you will agree. The décor is clean and refreshing with a touch of Americana and eclectic pieces. I love to mix and match.
Guest access
We own the area around the apt and the home, which is “our little house on the corner”. The house is for short term renting and the other apartments are long-term. My long-term rentals are wonderful and you won’t have any trouble, unless you need medical or police assistance. HINT You can enjoy the whole two acres, if you choose.
Other things to note
No smoking in the property, nor parties anywhere. My price includes your fee to me and I pay taxes and cleaning. There is an additional fee per person per night. No more than four people total..
