TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
1) Each exhibitor must register prior to the event, no later than February 18, 2023, or a $10.00 late fee will be applied.

2) Complete the registration and return to the GCCVB with payment to 441 Second Avenue, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631 or online at www.visitgallia.com

3) Each exhibitor will be allowed 2 people per booth.

4) Exhibitors must sign in at the show prior to setting up their booth. Setup will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 9:00– 11:00 am. Booths must be taken down by 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

2023 RULES AND REGULATIONS
1) Each exhibitor must register prior to the event.

2) Exhibitors must enter through the State Street entrance located on the side of the building.

3) Two chairs are included, tables can be rented, or bring your own.

4) The GCCVB and Gallia Academy Middle School will not be held liable for any damages or theft.

5) If vendors wish to sell items from their booths, a copy of their vendor’s license must be submitted with the application.

6) A 7-day notice before the registration deadline is required for a refund. No refunds after the registration deadline.
