Dates: Saturdays: February 4th, 11th, & 18th

Refund policy: No refund past deadline date due to the materials and time that are purchased and dedicated for each class. Bad weather reschedule date: Sometime the following weekend.
Week 1: Learn different techniques to create pottery by hand, including coil building, slab building, clay preparation, and clay-to-clay attachment.
Week 2: Learn how to make clay-to-clay attachments and trim your piece(s) to prepare them for bisque firing.
Week 3: Finish your piece by glazing. Fired pieces will be returned to the studio for pickup in about a week.
This is a three-week class that focuses on hand-building techniques from beginning to end. With some clay, tools, time, and techniques, there are all kinds of things you can make! Includes up to 5 lbs of clay, glaze, and bisque and glaze firings and some tools to use while you are in the studio for class. All weeks must be completed in sequence to ensure a completed project (i.e., all registrants must complete week 1 before proceeding to weeks 2 and 3.)
Before class, do some searching online to get ideas! You can make flowerpots, cups, or little figurines. It’s really up to you, but all created forms must be family friendly.
Please reserve your spots as soon as you know you can come. You can reserve your spots through our website, in person at the shoppe, or via email invoice.
